To support the creation of a safe, accountable, high-quality, patient-centered, and globally respected healthcare system in Nigeria.
Mission
To develop a National Healthcare Transformation Framework that redefines safety, quality, accountability, workforce sustainability, and public trust in Nigerian healthcare through measurable, enforceable, and globally aligned standards.
Scope
Three pillars, 39 domains and eight cross cutting themes, each carrying priority components and a time bound objective.

Fewer parallel initiatives

Quality work in Nigerian healthcare has often advanced through separate projects with separate measures. The framework replaces that pattern with one reference structure that regulators, institutions and partners can all cite.
